Snapdragon Brand is a small business...Extremely small. It’s just me, Ashley Lee Zhong. My business works because I use a fulfillment service to print and ship my original garments. I do not have a warehouse of stock: each garment is custom made for each customer. This means that:
I CAN accept returns in only 2 situations.
- There is a factory error, misprint or flaw in your garment.
- The sizing of the garment is inaccurate according to the measurements on the listing.
In these cases I am able to replace your item, or offer a full refund.
If you have just ordered and changed your mind, or made a mistake, please email me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. I can only refund you before your item begins production. Once your item is being printed and sewn, the process cannot be stopped.
Because each garment is custom made for each order:
1. I cannot offer returns for garments that don’t fit the way you’d like.
I include measurements for every garment and am happy to provide advice through email or any of my social channels. Please compare your measurements to those listed to get the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, size up. The print on the garments will appear brighter the less stretched it is.
2. I cannot offer returns for items you’ve bought as a gift in the wrong size.
Measure your friends, or consider a gift-card.
3. I cannot offer returns on items you mistakenly bought.
Snapdragon Brand printed products, such as Leggings, Dresses and T-shirts are PRINTED designs on fabric. They are photographs of real crochet on fabric, not crocheted material. They look very realistic and sometimes customers believe they are crocheted when viewing them on the website. I cannot offer refunds for customers who mistakenly ordered items believing them to be crochet. I have clarified my listings and my photos are accurate.
